AeroFlight offers plane side pick up to couriers to ensure our customers can receive their cargo in a timely manner. Couriers can access the cargo ramp through the north parking lot of AeroFlight. Couriers may also pick up and drop off to our secure cargo area which has drop locations specific to each flight. Couriers are expected to operate safely within the cargo area and around aircraft. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from plane side pick up and vehicle operation within the fenced airport perimeter. Courier rules are indicated below and expected to be adhered to at all times with no exceptions.

• Speed Limit 5 MPH within fenced perimeter
• NO driving when aircraft are moving or engines are running
• NO head light may be on unless your vehicle is moving
• Parking is only permitted in designated areas
• Vehicles must remain 20 feet from aircraft at all times
• Must follow instructions from AeroFlight employees when on our premises
