FBO (Fixed Base Operator) » Customer Service Representative

Primary duties:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner on the phone and in person. Arranging catering, transportation, hotel accommodations and any other services a customer may request. Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures. Receive fuel requests and forward them to line service personnel. Process payment for services rendered. Additional duties include cleaning customer areas and making fresh coffee and cookies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Personable
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system

Strong Preferences:
Previous aviation work experience
Knowledge of military time and phonetic alphabet
