FBO (Fixed Base Operator) » Line Service Technician

Due to heavy interaction with our clients, candidates:

* Must possess strong interpersonal and verbal skills,
* Must be tactful, courteous and conscience of client needs and
* Must be able to work in various weather conditions such as Snow, Sleet, Rain and Hot/Cold Temperatures.

General Job Duties:

* Park and greet all arriving aircraft.
* Marshal all aircraft arriving/departing ramp area.
* Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
* Provide lavatory and water service as requested.
* Fuel aircraft as requested.
* Safely operate fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, lav cart, GPU, de-ice cart.
* Assist with customer service duties as required.
* General upkeep of equipment and facilities.
* Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.
* Assist with wing-walking duties as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
* Previous experience preferred.

Successful Line Service Technicians are individuals committed to providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should be self-motivated, possess common sense and have strong initiative. Legible penmanship and basic math skills are a must.
