Primary duties:
Flight Followers are responsible for tracking cargo flights progress at all times. Communicating any flight delays to cargo customers
and ground couriers. Monitoring weather and in flight conditions to assist the Chief Pilot and aircrews in decision making.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Strong problem solving and math skills

Strong Preferences: 
Familiarity with: Aviation weather, Visual and Instrument flight rules, aeronautical charts
Able to think quickly in a dynamic fast paced environment
